Full certification class on all Legacy Q & S Automatic line of Lantech Stretch wrappers including the Q-Auto, S-1200 & 1500 and the 2-leg S-2500, S-3500 & S-4000. This class is 5 days long Mon-Fri. with Thursday & Friday being the certification day. Prerequisite: Level 1 (No Exceptions)
Tech needs to be versed in Allen Bradley RS-500 software loaded on their laptop plus a meter and a cable to connect to the MicroLogix 1400 or 1500 PLC. In addition to PLC, we also cover installation, startup, operation and troubleshooting.
First step in the Automatic Q & S (L-Series) certification process. Focus is on all the current LeanWrap technologies including Load Guardian 2.0. This class is 4 days long, Monday - Thursday. Prerequisite: Level 2 (No Exceptions)
Tech needs to be versed in Allen Bradley RS-5000 software and bring a meter plus a laptop with RS-5000 installed, to connect to a CompactLogix or ControlLogix PLC. In addition to PLC, we also cover the Load Guardian software, installation, startup, operation and troubleshooting.
